Delivery & Pickup Policy

At Chez Hollmann Patisserie, every order is freshly prepared to ensure the highest quality. Please review our delivery and pickup policy before placing your order.

Delivery Area

We offer delivery within a 35 km radius of Aylmer, Gatineau (QC), covering most of Ottawa and Gatineau.

Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed during checkout or confirmed before your order is finalized.

Pickup

Free pickup is available in Aylmer, Gatineau (QC).

The pickup address and instructions will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Order Preparation Time

To guarantee availability and the best quality, we recommend placing your order 3 to 5 days in advance.

Wedding cakes, large catering orders, and custom event desserts may require additional notice.

Delivery Time

We do our best to deliver your order within the selected delivery window. However, delivery times may occasionally vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

Someone Must Be Available

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Chez Hollmann Patisserie is not responsible for products left unattended if no one is available to accept the delivery.

Product Care

Once your order has been delivered or picked up, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

For best results:

  • Keep cakes and desserts refrigerated until serving.

  • Transport cakes on a flat surface.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight.

Your Rights

You may request to:

  • Access your personal information

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your personal information, where permitted by law

  • Withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications

Order Changes

Any changes to your order must be requested as early as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
